Last Film You Watched

wild card (2015)

I've been very slow on the uptake. mr statham inherited nic coppola's crown and started making the films st nic used to. gibberish, nonsense, crud.

The equivalent of being rung up by some scammer and cheated out of your pension. A criminal act, the irony being he plays a one expressioned criminal out for revenge. No rating, another abomination, no wonder professional film critics are all so bad tempered and narky.

Brilliant and a must see.

If you’ve seen the trailers, they don’t do it justice.

It’s so well put together, brutally funny and takes massive swipes at what’s going on in America with Trump and his goons at ICE.

Sean Penn nearly steals the show, as the deranged Colonel Lockjaw, who is so obviously RFK Junior 😂

Expect a load of awards for this, especially for Leonardo Dicaprio and Sean Penn.

Can’t recommend this enough- but it’s long at 2hrs 40 ( it was nice to sit in a cinema where the audience were capable of concentrating for that long too )

One of the films of the year.

There was a thriller on the other night, 'Heat' and it has stood the test of time, stellar cast, perfect direction, it aint short, but there's enough story to fill it, and enough twists and action to sustain it. Can you compare OBAA to it?

It’s easily as good:
"Easily as good". That's some praise, because Mann was in fine form, LOTM, Manhunter, The insider (that I'm not quite as enamoured as most with). So this is a PTA, 'Boogie nights' was a hell of a debut, another impressive cast, similarly 'TWBB'. Seems he's a director that the big names will gravitate to.

There will be blood just gets better and better over time, I'm still obsessed with it

It outdone Uncut Gems with the relentless of it too, including the score

Considering it was 2hrs 40 mins long, at no point did the film feel like it was wandering or hit a flat spot, that really is some doing.

I really can`t think of a single criticism tbh.

I read one review, where a critic described is as one of the films of the decade and it`s hard not to disagree.

We went to see this yesterday. Was one of the best films that have watched at the cinema for quite a long time. It was very hard to take your eyes off it. Effortless performance by Leo, Penn will win every award going and a big shout out to the Sensei.

Big shout out to all of the cast, as everyone of them played their part.

I`m pretty sure when they wrote the part of Colonel Lockjaw, they had Sean Penn in mind for the part too.

I`m just wondering if Trump and his goons will work out at some point, that the whole film is really about them !

We are talking about a section of society that view Patrick Bateman as a protagonist

Holy crap, this is awesome:

Ninja 3 - The Domination

A mid 80s Cannon Studios martial arts horror action flick about an aerobics instructor/telephone engineer possessed by the spirit of an evil ninja assassin who goes on a murder spree to ice the coppers who murdered him... her... whatever - best not to pay much attention to the plot to be honest.

This has got the lot, an epic body count, synth soundtrack, the girl from the Breakdance movies, insane stunts, unintentional racism, wonky effects,James Hong!

Prime, get on it!!
