i had it done 4 years ago. Best money i've ever spent. It cost me about £3000 like, but over your life its cheap.

Still get some night halo's especially if I have a cold.

Its really quick, and painless. And i was in the boozer that afternoon amazed i could watch the footy

I wanted it and asked a doctor about it. he told me he didn't know any eye specialists who had had it done. that was about 10 years ago mind

I’ve read through this thread and ‘flaps’ and ‘floaters’ in particular caught my eye. Not really what I was expecting.

Nice one mate. That’s roughly the price I’m expecting . As you’ve said sight is pricey really, if you’ve got the cash spend it on something you rely on

It didn't need to be that much. I chose the full laser option the thought a mechinical blade [Poor language removed] me up.

My girlfriend had the cheaper option about £600 cheaper but my recovery was days quicker

My mate Gaz gave himself DIY laser eye surgery, mainly using his power drill and a puncture repair kit. To be fair, it worked, but his Optician gave him the mother of all bOllockings.
