Scares me to think of someone cutting my eyes, but a guy I work with had both corneas replaced and loves the results
Not that I can even be arsed to get a new prescription for my contacts
What’s the best one to get if you’re getting old.
My eyesight was fantastic years ago but as I’ve aged it’s gone terrible.

If would have done years ago it if I weren't such a coward about doctors cutting into my corneas with lasers. But I'm too old now, and just wear eyeglass most of the time and use contact lenses when running/playing footy etc.
