Can anyone help me?

I'm trying to work from home but my laptop won't connect to my wifi. Says no connection available. But there obviously is.

I've tried sawdust, switching on and off, and hitting it.

Any actual technical advice?

Buy a new one mate. Only way to solve this one....... Just put it on a credit card.

Ijj, mechanically agitate it with a hammer for a few minutes. It might not make the wifi work, but at least you will have released some aggression.

Only thing you could try is turn the router on and off. Do you have an ethernet cable handy? Plug it into your laptop and the other end into the actual router/modem. Do you get a connection like that?

You could click start and type in device manager, you should see your computer name which could be like your first name or whatever you set it as. Right click that and scan hardware changes.
