Since he doesn't show any motivation for to learn english (which isn't that difficult to learn with spanish as mothertongue btw), he obviously lacks interest and motivation for to integrate, regarding both the club and the UK. Pitty that. Many of today's footballers coming from abroad show this behaviour. Everybody who plays football actively knows that on the pitch it is fundamental to have a communication that works out. Should be mandatory, e.g. english in the UK, german in Bundesliga, spanish in La Liga etc.
