No, in that instance the club publicly stated they weren't happy with Fer's medical.

The exact opposite has happened here: Martinez has very publicly stated last night that there was nothing wrong with Traore's medical and that he will be 'fully fit in a few days'. Exact words.

If it were to fall through (and there is zero evidence to suggest it will at this point, other than maybe unsubstantiated pessimism), it won't be due to anything medical.

Its Everton, anything can happen when we are doing a deal.
