100% agree. I reckon if we had a top notch striker we'd be a really really good side. at the minute we are just a good side.
Sadly there aren't many in the torres mould out there. Apart from Jermaine Beckford of course.

I do agree we need a striker capable of running with the ball and hitting teams on the break.

You cant just pin point a striker and say "if we got a torres type player well be amazing" one player on his own doesn't work without the players around them.

All those examples you've mentioned have players who are either world class or have genuine pace to assist them. They don't act on their own. A striker is only as good as what he's put on to.

And all that [Poor language removed] is making a mountain out of a mole hill. There's been like 3 games this season where we've struggled to score or grab that last minute win. All teams have those games. It's nothing
