This could be part of the problem, he doesn't feel secure and probably hasn't had an increase and we all know the cost of living is rising. Martinez had one after a year, so Ron probably doesn't feel the love.

I think we should get him on a 6 year deal cast iron contract so if we have to sack him we pay the full value quick sharpish.
