You are a customer of the supplier not the courier. The merchant should take it up with the courier if needed.

They either have to re-supply you with the goods you paid for or refund you. Go back and refuse to leave until they sort it out...

The thing that is winding me up the most, is someone has signed for it, with no pic

They need to not take a pic of the parcel on the floor, but take a pic of the person receiving it, with some sort of ID in their hand, along with proof or address ID, it's not that hard. That way, we can identify the little scruffs

It's a negative to not having a national ID card actually, over here they just take a snapshot of your internal passport as proof of delivery. For bank cards etc they will take a pic of you holding the new card.

Cuts out crap happening hugely.

Cheap my arsp the first cooker from Argos the oven door fell off after 5 weeks they reluctantly replaced it as they could not get parts .,, one crap firm !
Now owned by Sainsbury's.
