If you can come out and admit you were wrong before the next game has been played, surely you can recind the cards/ban.

There should be a review by the PGMOL for dubious yellow cards. You shouldn't be allowed to protest, that opens a can of worms, but if they can admit they're wrong now, there's no reason why they can't review and rescind.

So if he gets to 10 bookings, will they give him 2 off because of the mistakes? Probably ban him for 5 games as punishment for their mistakes.

So they admit to Moyes that both yellow cards weren't warranted but he is still suspended because of receiving them. If they admit they are wrong then just do the simple fair thing and rescind them without the club having to go into a lengthy often pointless bureaucratic procedure. Chips are continually stacked against you and poor and biased officiating continues to negatively effect premier league clubs that are not in the clique. Cannot have anyone else infiltrating the haves can we.

you do know that such a rule would see the RS finish the season with zero bookings to their players
