Not saying we should go there but he seems to have pulled up his socks over their albiet not at Prem Level:

1st season he started 37 games and scored 13 goals

2nd season he started 28 games and scored 14 goals

thats quite impressive.....I think I'm more amazed he played in that many games? Is he finally injury free? can we have the Harry Kewell that Leeds had....? =)

Could do without him, really wouldnt see what he could offer at this stage of his career.

To stay on thread reaction would be bad for a player that wont offer a whole lot.

He has played a total of 2 mins in 2010 so I wouldn't say he is injury free.

How many did he finish?

I like Kewell but, we don't need anymore crocked players that are closer to retirement than puberty!

Good work digging this up mate! Some of the posters on it haven't been round in beards. Those stats are decent and for £1.5, if Moyes thinks he's back to his Leeds days in terms of desire and his injuries are behind him then IMWT. How old is he now? Must be 30ish.

Galatasaray is the Australian retirement club. I dont even know where he plays these days, is he a striker? Or still the left wing?

Even if I liked him (I don't - he grew up a Liverpool fan and is therefore a [Poor language removed]), we need to consider that Turkey's league is way less physical and competitive. Kewell at Leeds was great, then injuries struck and at Liverpool he was class on his day - but that day was so rare. I don't think his body's capable of playing regularly in England anymore.

I believe there might be something to this. If reports are to be belied Gala are interested in Vince grella and if my understanding of the Turkish league is correct and they can only a certain amount of foreign players. Gala will need to cut one of there current foreign players to make space. So therefore maybe for Gala. Grella in Kewell out.

That would be selling an outpatient and bringing in an induced coma.

WOUldnt mind him to be honest but it would have to be free he would have to take a wage cut and need to be ok with benching warming

I'm an Aussie Evertonian, and I am a big fan of Harry Kewell, even when he was at the redshite (He always saved his best for Australia) I'd love to see Kewell at Everton!
