Its a simple question mate. Calm down.
You seem happy he's going and I'm asking why.
Why do you think he's done a bad job?
….ha, ha, I’m extremely calm, maybe just a little chuffed

Should've caveated this by adding that this post was based purely on that tweet from Benj. It might not even be trueI could imagine Rob Newman comes in to head recruitment. He worked with Moyes at West Ham I think. Maybe Weir to come in and do all the other sporting director stuff outside of recruitment.
Genuinely odd behaviour this.….ha, ha, I’m extremely calm, maybe just a little chuffed![]()

To be fair, it was easy enough to hate on his signings when we were subjected to Dyche and all the players were dogmuck.I thought he did a decent job. Never really understood the people who have really strong negative opinions about him.
Never felt like a big enough character in the role and perhaps his quiet/awkward persona hurt him a bit.
Going to be a crucial appointment for the incoming DoF. Get the Chief Operating Officer in soon, then straight onto the new DoF.
Time will tell - let’s see how well the next fella does - thelwell bas easily done the best out of the previous 3….ha, ha, I’m extremely calm, maybe just a little chuffed![]()

Exactly. Also a valid criticism to say that he shouldn't have been signing players that the manager didn't want/couldn't use.To be fair, it was easy enough to hate on his signings when we were subjected to Dyche and all the players were dogmuck.
The Thelwell of the species is not deadlier than the MoyesShock shock horror
Not.
Weir has spent an absolute fortune at brighton and they’re not far aheadPart of me is wary about this, if we go Weir and Doherty beneath him, its back to old boys club
I have no idea if they're best for the job if they are so be it - but you know the shouts be coming already about this.
