I think its quite clear that the O'Brien signing was not made by Thelwell.

Or are you saying that its a coincidence that he, Mangala and Nuamah were all pushed to join Everton over other party's ?

Who the f signed him then? Because it clearly wasn't Dyche.

Thats the point isnt it.

NO ONE KNOWS

Who signed Ashley Young?
Who signed O'Brien?
Who signed Mangala?

Youre slagging someone without having the information.

What and all we know is that every season we pay zero or close to zero down for any players. So its been impossible to sign the ones the DOF wants.

Then we also know that a profit needs to be made on player sales each window.

@Zatara
The middle finger for that? Care to go into some detail

My fingering prowess is legendary.

Do you think you deserve to know the detail and pattern analysis studied over many years that is required for maximum effect?

It seems pretty clear who Thelwell wanted vs who Dyche wanted based on that article. If it wasn't a Dyche signing he doesnt play them. He wants the player - they play.

For all the folk saying "why isn't he playing O'Brien or Lindstrom, Beto, Chermiti, Danjuma" that's your answer.

I dread to think who he vetos even before signing.

I was hoping he'd be able to help with the search for a new manager, but he's no doubt busy coming this close to signing all the players that will be a success elsewhere next season.

Personally I can’t wait for the fraud to do interviews after he’s given his marching orders. ‘I had Vini Jr and Bellingham pen in hand ready to sign, but Dyche stole the contracts and wiped his big ginger arse with them. I then proceeded back to my favourite bush outside Wilfred Gnotos house’.

Loves sloppy seconds does our Kev. Harrison, after he was on his way villa, Danjuma, Ndiaye and now Philogene. I will say fair play to him as we needed a right winger and he is sorting it first weekish

Feel this is a little unfair. Before his injury, he was looking a fairly decent prospect and pushing for first team games. The fee was fairly low too in the current climate.
It was a big fee relevant to what we had available. He has been a failure, BUT has the most chance to come good out of all our strikers. He could also join a long list of young foreign strikers who disappear with no game time.
