With doubts persisting over Everton’s Marouane Fellaini, who is being monitored by Chelsea, Goodison boss David Moyes has ordered scouting reports on Strootman.

Manchester United also fancy the 23-year-old Dutch international but have yet to make a move, especially with PSV demanding £17 million. Even if Everton receive £20 million for Fellaini, they would try to reduce the Strootman fee to £10 million.
