There's a reason he's playing in the Greek League.

His first half performance in the 2-2 October 2012 before the RAT stood on his ankle was the best I've ever seen him for us. He was absolutely superb. Caused them allsorts of problems down that left flank and unlucky not to score.

Apparently he's started three games over there so far, two wins and a draw.
Been subbed in all the games, mainly due to lack of match fitness, but they still love him down in Piraeus

Wonder how many times he was subbed off in his Everton career. More than half his appearances I'd say.

He's still an Everton player ...so no !

He's a better player than most want to give him credit for. His Everton career effectively ended with that penalty debacle in early, but up until then he was the most dangerous player in the team.

Should have moved on two years ago.

Was the best player on the pitch until he got targeted in the 2-2 derby. 12/13

Scored a great goal at spurs in the 2-2 12/13

Scored 1 & assisted 1 in the 3-3 derby 13/14

2 assists against Arsenal when we beat them 3-0 13/14

Scored against United when we beat them 2-0 13/14

Assisted our only goal against arsenal in the 4-1 cup defeat 13/14

2 goals & 1 assist in our 2 wins over Wolfsburg 14/15

Scored at home to Chelsea 14/15

Scored an unreal goal away to
Spurs 3 days after the aforementioned Wolfsburg win 14/15

Score at home to United in the 3-0 win 14/15

He almost single handedly got us through away to West Ham in the cup that year too but that’s by the by.

Considering our record against those sides during his time here I’d hazard a guess that it stacks up as one of if not the bet record at the club

Just to add, he scored a good goal in the John Terry 901st minute equalizer 3-3 away at Chelsea as well, to make it 2-0 or 2-1 to us.

Though he may fairly imo be viewed as a somewhat disappointing and inconsistent player across his time here, he did also undeniably provide lots of moments to celebrate.

You’re right, to be honest I stopped because it all seemed a bit moot after that.

Not producing for us anymore, the move is right for both clubs and the player. However he’s been influential in some big games for us
