I have been a bit disappointed in Kev to be honest - was anonymous first half vs Sunderland and Boro on Sat. One thing I will say is that his corners have been dangerous and hasn't been hitting the first man everytime which drives me absolutely mental!! People mentioning Del didnt do much second half to warrant coming in for him - I think Koeman said to shut up shop and dont think that helped Geri out at all. Think tomorrow will see Geri get a full 90 and if he performs he will be in come the next league game. Mirallas needs to stop flitting in and out if he wants to keep his place.

Kev was sloppy on the ball on Saturday but he worked extremely hard off it - kept us compact and looked a lot better when he was on the right.

I've said it before but IMO he's too predictable on the left and he lacks any real link up with Baines. Put him centrally or right side and he seems to click more.

I reckon he's still not 100% fit yet, but the big improvement for me has been his attitude. If RK can get him fit and keep him interested I think we will see the best of him, cracking player to have in the squad.

*checks goals and assists stats for Mirallas. Smiles.
