You're right, he can afford to donate a few quid to charity and from what I understand, he has done so many times.

Don't see how its relevant. Who loses if the club does give him a testimonial?

I have never disliked Davies.
Knew his limitations and if anything, was pretty loyal to Bolton.

Listening to the Talksport interview, Seems Davis had his agent looking for clubs, so retiring at Bolton is bullshine.
also 6 goals in 38 games isnt good enuff either.
Plus the chairman has said if he wants a testimonial he will give him one.
from that radio interview, u hear Adrian Durham twist words and trying to get a reaction. awful interviewer. if i was the boss of Talksport, i would of sent him packing.
