Lets not forget lads, it was Kenwright who brought Moyes to this football club. A HUGE risk.

Moyes was a nobody at the time.

Well its the easy thing to do - blame Kenwright, but if we sign these 2 guys worth 16 million, would the opening statement of this thread be valid?

No thats what he posted on toffeeweb when we were discussing everton managers i still can,t get my head round it.

you got it all wrong, he did a superb FIRST time round, but his second and third stints weren't good, anyway thats off topic.

Its all any seem to do round here, as soon as "insert random overhyped name here" goes to spurs or the barcodes people get up in arms and call for kenwright out.

Happens every year.

Dylan - chill out mate, someone is having a go at someone who has arguably done as much as anyone for this club and it just annoys me, so I may post with passion but I'm not the only one.

Thats not what you said at the time and you know it and it is in the toffeeweb archives, and to be fair as a mad evertonian i still can,t get my head round what you said then coming out with sir bill even though obviously in jest i just wonder what your smoking.

Danny has the files, ask him. If I remember rightly I said something about kendall not being a legend because of the 2nd and 3rd stints as manager.

I said, Legend as a player and Legend as a manager once, but it does grind that he left us for european footy, rooney got hated for life for doing that...

Your not kenwright in disguise are you if you were it would all make sense you hate anyone slating him,you may be in charge of this forum but certain posters think kenwright is not up to the job of running this club and you have to accept that

You didn,t i remember very well because i was stunned by your comments but its immaterial you just seem to have some sweeping thoughts that surprise me.

Sometimes I'm just playing devil's advocate to see what people think if an alternative view is given.

As you say it is immaterial, because everyone changes their mind and I do often, see things different ways and generally think different than before.

As a result of that thread I do respect Kendall as a great and a legend, and rightfully so, but I just wanted to voice the fact that he did leave us, and to me that hurts.

sometimes I'm 50/50 and not quite sure, its interesting to see how people react, see both sides of the coin and stuff like that.

I like to question the unquestionable, next up.. was dixie really a good goalscorer? ;)

How come you hate kenwright mate?

I don,t like liars especially in a position like he,s in,you have to trust and respect your chairman and i don,t.
I,m also worried by this summers dealings or lack of them we have lost wright, pistone, naysmith, beattie, weir and fernandes and brought in 2 players, granted the guys that have gone were not all first teamers but it weakens a bare squad, and moyes has done such a great job he deserves a proper crack this season with more players.
I also don,t like this board of all his friends i might be wrong but i don,t trust it.
As a person i,m sure he,s ok but i think he,s out of his depth i,m sure we could have sold the club but he won,t let go.
I should better add i don,t hate him i just think he,s letting us down and yes the papers have linked us to gonzalez now but all summer its been either smith, nugent, koumas, baines, campbell, riquelme, richardson and so on and nothing has happened

ahhh Yeh, I wish he would keep his trap shut sometimes.

Although, I always thought he says things because he is a fan, he speaks with passion and sometimes gets it wrong, in a position such as he is he has to be all business and forget the fact that he is a fan.

I'd be worried if he sold the club, look at city... their fans are bricking it, look at leeds and the damage that can be done... its possible they might get relegated again with that 15point kick in the bollocks.

I did go way over the top before, but I think he is the right man for the job right now, he really has turned us round in such a short time.

We will have to agree to disagree rob and the answer will be in the future
