I've said this on another topic about moving grounds. Every Evertonians heart is in Goodison, even BK's! but for the future of the club and to move forward we need to move. I go to Goodison not to see that but to see Everton FC play! I support Everton FC not Goodison Park.

Amen.

Good luck with that.

But again, you have contradicted yourself. We can't move the unmovable. We need to think of the future of this club, and if it means moving to another part of Liverpool, then so be it.

Kirkby is not in Liverpool, that is my point. I am not against a move away from Goodison even though my heart very much belongs there, but if we move it should be within the city boundaries. Now do you get it???

Very good point, i voted NO to DK, as im sure a lot of us did. Im dead against it, cos nobody wants to leave Goodison Park, but after reading a lot of stuff, for and against, we HAVE to move, Goodison cant be made better, it could maybe be improved, but i take you all back to the Fiorentina game "Goodison is rocking its 100 year old foundations". Its an old, old stadium, which we all love, but is sadly seen much better days.

So we have to leave for the sake of the club, but from what ive seen about DK its not the right move, but how else are we going to pay for it w/o Tesco.

I would go to watch Everton if the ground was on Mars and i would prefer to stay @ Goodison forever, but its just not possible.

But as its been said many times before, Goodison was built outisde the city boundries back in the day.

We are being told we have to look into the future, then we hear back in the old days. We have to think about now, what is happening at this current time.

Whatever pal, its getting very very old. This Kirkby is not in Liverpool boundary excuse. Very old.

We don't even play in Everton! To be honest, I would rather not play in Liverpool.

Do you think Man U fans are sitting at home stressing because they don't actually play in Manchester? No. BECAUSE ITS NOT IMPORTANT!!!!

I dont live in Liverpoo, so i dnt really care about the "city", all i know is that the Echo is a RS paper and the City Council are a RS goverment. Also Radio City is a RS radio station, so i guess i hate everything related to the city, apart from "my team".

Being an "outsider" i always considered Kirkby to be part of Liverpoo, clearly i know now its not.

But its not like we doing a Wimbledon and moving to Milton Keynes. Yea most ppl will have longer to travel if we moved out the city, but have we really been given the support we need to stay?

Im gonna go out on a limb here and say i dnt think DK will be approved, there is far too much objection. So clearly the club will HAVE to work out a planB. If this planB means we stay in the city great, if we dont oh well. As long as we dont skip a County and move to Manchester, Chester or anywhere stupid like that.
