On the 10th of June 2011 Kelly was a 37 year old harmless skinny homeless schizophrenic drifter minding his own business when he was stopped by 2 officers of the Fullerton PD. Trying to comply to harassment, he became terrified when officer Ramos threatened to mess him up real bad. He tried to run. The result, Officer Ramos and his partner battered him to the ground, repeatedly bashed his face in with police issue batons. Whilst on the ground trying to breath, four more brave officers arrived where they proceeded to taz him and finally bored of this tazer gun merriment, one hero decided to use the taz gun to cave the back of Kelly’s skull in while five police officers sat on top of him while he screamed for his dad. 'Dad' was his last words. He died 3 days later after life support was taken off him.
Fullerton PD tried to cover this video up and bury it. Little did they realise Kelly’s father was ex sheriff of Orange county with contacts. He brought the FBI in and the cover up was unmasked. Two of the scum involved are facing lengthy jail terms, one for murder in second degree, the other, unprovoked assault causing fatality.
I believe in the police, I believe in law and order, but Hillsborough drags it up again, the lies, the cover ups, plus the many incidents all of us have had with bent and corrupt so-called law enforcers - I've had many.
I’m waffling, my point was, here is, on video, the brutal murder of an innocent man by those called to protect and to serve. I cried when I saw this video and I don’t mind admitting that as it is truly horrific. The more people who know of this case the better. Kelly will get justice in November, I’m sure of it -- but let this be a clear indicator of how a police State is run -- don’t think it won’t come to our countries.
