Keeper necessity

realistically this is the last week to get one in if we want to get in a top keeper. No team is going to let their starter go after playing a few matches and not really having a backup. Unless we get someone either on the way down or not 1st choice (a la Begovic in both cases here) it would, unbelievably, seem Stekelenburg is our starter.

Really don't get how people can have much of an opinion on foreign keepers. Think you need to watch a keeper 20/30 times to have a really good idea what he is like. A 'best saves' video is a total irrelevance tbh.
surely that applies to every keeper other than ours basically then lol

Ive watched Leno ~40 times over the last 2 years as I got into Leverkusen because of Calhanaglu's free kicks. Think I have a decent idea of how good he is.
 

I'm a bit concerned that Stekelenberg is looking likely to be number one next season.

His career went off a cliff years ago.
