If the commentary is in Greek then it won't cause too much disruption.


Foreign commentary is as gay as Christmas.
 

i think if sly tv does drop its payments for the rights, there will be a load of clubs potentially going tits up, not just us. . . . .

All sky has to do is increase the payments that overseas countries have to pay to show matches, make them the same as in the UK...

Sounds like an easy fix but a lot of foreigners may only pick the Premiership up because of the price, the may lose a fair few subscriptions. And as for lowering wages, that's a hard thing to do when you've got people signed to 5 year contracts. Teams would have to cut a deal with the players union.

The Rangers players have contracts as well, won't do them any good if the club folds. If sky put up their overseas fees some may cancel but sky will still make more money...
