No mate just stick to the law, if it's 20 MPH, it doesn't mean 40 MPH, particularly around schools !!

I agree. There's a sign near me that clearly indicates the speed limit rises to 40mph but the road is still full of people with zero observation skills crawling along at 30 and reacting furiously when overtook by somebody who pays attention to signage.
