Alexandra Tower by any chance? I used to live in Waterloo Quay, saw Felli a couple of times leaving there (a few years ago). I also think the blues may own apartment in Waterloo warehouse, have seen many a young player leave there including Gosling, Vaughan and Mr Anichebe who chaged is car more times than I changed my socks. In the 3 years I was there i saw that waste of space drive up in a Merc 4X4 (with infamous black rims), Audi RS6, CL55 and an Audi RS8.
