Can't say I've seen him play, but when you consider we got Sandro for just £1m more, it shows you what a steal he was. If transfer fees were determined by youtube videos he should have had at least an extra zero on the end of his fee.

Chelsea have been doing it for years since Abramovich, snapping up talent from all over Europe, loaning them out, then if they don't make the cut at Everton selling on for a profit.

Essentially another avenue of revenue with the added benefit of some breaking into the team
