]I was pleasantly surprised that Moyes gave him a go.[/B] He's our top scorer in the reserves by a mile. I'd imagine that he's got 2 or 3 goals in him, if he can get some game time.

At that point he didn't have a choice. We're incredibly short of options up front.

Given his track record with substitutions this season he could have replaced Neville with Hibbert. It's very rare for Moyes to blood one of the kids when he has old pros on the bench.

He did bring Osman off for Bily though. To great effect... as always...

He still had Jags, Duffy and Hibbert left. Recently he gave Jagielka a short run out at right back. He could have done the same again. It might have actually been an idea to try Duffy up front. He's a regular scorer for the reserves and would have caused more aerial problems for Bolton than any of our other options.

moyes gave coleman a chance and look at him now! why not give baxter a chance? he looks promising after that performance!!!

Anyone, that young and supposedly that hungry (pardon the pun) should not be so fat! Give him to me - a few weeks in the mountains with ol Mutzo, will sort him out!

Anichebe however needs to grow a pair of big ones - Dr Nutzo recommends 2 pints of Guiness and a bag of chips per night followed by regular street fights (windmilling aots)

Scored twice against Liverpool in the Reserves 4-1 win today

Won the best player in the Reserves team last night

Will he feature much next year?

There was a time I thought he was gonna be more of a name than Rodwell, Coleman, Barkley even.....

Where does he really play? I've always had him down as a typical striker/winger type player

Maybe he could become useful for us in the future, he reminds a bit of Osman in his play, and I think he should follow in his steps and go on loan to a lower league team to build himself up.

While we've been focussing on Gueye, Vellios and Barkley, maybe he'll slip in under the radar? He's done all that you could ask of him at reserve level and he didn't look overawed when he came on against Bolton. I really hope that him, Duffy and Wallace make the step up next season.

I really haven't seen anywhere enough of the lad to make a judgement but the way he's talked about within the club he must have some potential.
