Much as I loved seeing United fail tonight, I am thinking it pretty much puts the kibosh on any chance we had of signing Jose![]()
That's utterly boss.![]()

very deluded thinking. Times say it would cost 5m to sack lvg.Do not agree that Man Utd will necessarily sack LVG if and when they miss out on the champions league.
http://www.express.co.uk/sport/foot...r-Champions-League-Premier-League-news-gossip
The above estimates Man City (and therefore similar or more if it were as it now looks to be Man Utd who will miss out, not Man City) would lose £100m by not qualifying for the CL.
Would Man Utd, with terms in contracts, so many complicated and complex financial obligations related to LVG, be willing to spend say £40m on replacing one manager with another, agents and all of this, I do not think so. Then back Mourinho with £200M in the transfer market? They are a business. And losing out on up to say £100m which they may not have seriously projected for. Have they ever committed £300m in 1/2 seasons? Are Everton more in a position to be spending these amounts over the next two seasons?
LVG will probably win the FA Cup and the time to be sacking LVG won't be in that circumstance.
What hype?I truly think most evertonians will be fit to explode if this jose hype continues until next Monday.
