Can't catch a ball, rarely if ever makes saves you wouldn't expect any other keeper to make, kicks a lot of shitty balls straight out of play (but with a stylish 'slice' element to them), and tonight I think plenty of other average keepers would've saved one or two of those goals that arsenal scored (especially that deflected one he totally flapped at)....

Most of you have been brainwashed by an English media that has, surprise surprise, massively overhyped a young English footballer. But I'm not buying it.

You can't keep saying a goalkeeper that lets in as many goals as he does is top quality, [Poor language removed] defending in front of him or not. He's supposed to be a key figure in organising the defence anyway!

As much as I don't really rate Robles either, I think he deserves a go in the next couple of games. I just can't bare to watch Punchford put us under completely unnecessary pressure again after punching a ball straight back to the opposition giving our defence little to no time to regroup when all he had to do was catch a simple foooking ball!!

Getting sick of this pickford is great myth.

I think there's the makings of a decent keeper there, best buy of the summer, sadly, not a great barometer.

Thought he should have been able to get the 3rd over the bar today, wouldn't have mattered a hot anyway.

I'm not blaming pickford for the defeat. Sam allardyce is the only man you can truly target for that utter heap of garbage we all unfortunately had to witness tonight (despite him blaming all the players so openly postmatch). I'm just concerned that pickford is not what he's made to be and people generally don' pick up on how often he punches the ball when he should catch it and how often that act alone puts us into trouble... I also would like to see him make some decent saves for a change. He just doesn't seem to make any other than ones you'd expect keeper to make

Don't turn on the ones worth keeping. If no one closes or attempts to actually block and not just deflect the ball then he got a much better chance. Oh and I don't know stop headers from corners when there's 5 out and out defenders on the pitch.

Losing marks on corners, not winning headers, and getting turned inside out 1v1 defending comes from the keeper? Sorry but Pickford is the last thing wrong with our defensive problems. It’s the mess in front of him.
