Wigan went out in the first round and it doesn't look like Kenny was in the squad for that game

...he was highly thought of, fine range of passing but went on loan and lost his way a bit. I think he was at Blackpool and his confidence became shot as he was the butt of abuse from the crowd. Other youngsters overtook him in the ranking at Everton and he was released. Unlike many others, though, he's clearly made of the right stuff and is rebuilding his career. Good on him.

I hope he's given a chance to play some premier league football with us next season if we can get a manager in that knows what he's doing!

Yeah there was an interview with Lundstrum saying that for him it was time to take a chance as by resigning with us it would be just more loan stuff, he wanted first team football where he knew he had to be fully committed to the cause not just a loanee. Chris Long went to Burnley for similar reasons, guess we can't keep them all happy .
Kenny has the potential to light up league 2, and granted that Oxford are a good team playing attractive football a few of us are puzzled he hasn't been sent back to a League 1 club having done so well at Wigan first part of the season.
@oxford luke , we've got a " Playeres on Loan thread" that covers our loanees , it would be great if you could post something in there if/when he plays, cheers mate.

doesnt look to be working out too well for him but he knew he wasnt going to be given a chance by martinez.
