Lescott is young, solid and now an experienced Premiership player that can play in a second position if needed (left back) Lets not sell him and replace with some foreign no mark that may not cut it.

I honestly think if we can keep our current squad together and three quality signings we could be up in that top 4 next season.

How much did we spend last year?! On limited success.

We got 5th place in the league and a cup final appearance. I bet you anything we spend in the region of £25m. Call it blind faith but lets wait and see on September 1st.

All this negativity.... we should start off the vbookie season on a bet of how much we'll spend. Then the likes of brady and Azzbot can be on 0 points come 1st September (y)

yes I can see us spending £25m, unlike some fans I don't look at things as negative as possible

Sold Johnson £10.5M

Bought Saha (undisclosed fee), Fellaini £12.9M

Being generous and leaving out the fee for McFadden (£4.5M) to cancel out the unknown fee for Saha, that's £2.4M.
