I know another topics properbly been posted about him going to City. But to be honest, I wouldn't really care

If anyone went to Wembley, did you notice how much he seemed to PANIC on the ball, everytime he got it

I mean seriously, he needs to chill out on the ball!

I hope he dosn't leave us, but if he does, then we need another England defender central in my opinion. Everytime we have a all English backline we play much better, than when we have someone like Yobo in the team.

Why fix it if it's not broken?

I'd be truly gutted if he went.

Ok, he isn't the best individual in the world, but as a unit, we are really strong.

The one thing about Lescott, his touch is often quite poor! Luckily, it hasn't cost us much yet.

If he was to go on the other hand, which ive been told he is.. definitely, then we need to be wanting about £15 for him to replace him.

Yep I agree about his touch, especially in major games, such as the Semi and Final, and even when he plays for England!

What happens this year though, if he dosn't learn and teams pick up on it

I think Lescott would be ungreatful to leave us, although money talks. Moyes brought in Joleon, gave faith in him, when before he was just a Wolvo player no one really knew, or paid attention to, well i didn't anyway!

But still he has saved us a few times this season, I wouldn't like to see him go, but if he does the only deal I would accept if I was Moyes would be £10million plus Jo and Richards/ Sturridge :lol:

He started the season badly, didn't finish too good, but was excellent in between. He is a quality player, casual at times but a class defender who is versatile and can add a few goals as well. I wouldn't be happy to see him go for less than 20mill (didn't MU pay £33mill for Rio????)

I'm going to play devils advocate here.

If City offered us 20-25 million for Lescott, I'd take it with a smile.

We have two class centre halves already, and as good as Lescott is he's not infallible. Carvalho wants out of Chelsea, we'd get him cheap, then we could use the money to back our bids for Moutinho/Van Der Vaart/Forlan/Glen Johnson/Lucas Neill etc.
