That's a great comparison Eggs, JM was indeed very much the JR of his day... only tougher, ask Jack Charlton ;)
 

One very underrated winger for us always an outlet as hard as nails - deceptively quick and boy could he cross the ball or pick a pass , and score!

One of those rare players that old reds and blues speak of in the same terms, my uncle (an rs) told me he was the only fella tommy smith backed down from, would love to have seen him play, especially against that horrible leeds side

His wife was Spanish so maybe he resides in Spain -I asked politely why he never attended reunion lunches or paraded goodison , and got told Rumour of course it was over Morrissey junior and how Everton treated him?
