It's strange right now, I have a feeling that talks are taking place but we haven't accepted a bid yet, Everton never reveal a bid coming in,its usually the other team who leak it to the media like chelsea did last summer. This time city are keeping quiet rather then play this out in the media which will just make it more difficult to work with
