Simple really mate.

Hart is a massive presence at that club and in the dressing room. He's England's No.1 and a high-profile player.

Pep doesn't rate him for the system he wants to play. However, he could easily try and 'train' Hart up to his standards.

However, he doesn't want the extra pressure of

a) a big ego in the dressing room
b) a stick for the media to beat him with

should things start to go wrong.

It's nothing malicious, it's just how he works. He's the best and the best can do just that.

Interesting how nothing has been made of Mourinho's treatment of Schweinsteiger, which has been much worse.
He's the best why are city getting rid of him then?

Wrong fella mate, Piers Morgan worked for the Mirror.
I forget the name of the guy who worked for the scum
Apologies. I was always of the belief he was Sports editor of that andrex of a publication before he became editor of the Mirror. That's old age for you i think.
Anyway, I don't think i need much of a reason to loathe that prick of a man, nor the paper he worked for, and definitely not their ultimate owner. Murdoch can also bung SKY right up his doughnut.
