He is a perfect player for Premier League and for us, even with the fact that probably he wouldn't make Moyes 100% happy with his defensive commitment. I don't think it would be impossible for us to sign him, but we would have to put a lot of effort and money...but it's still doable.

I think people who think Joaquin would be perfect are mistaken.

I posted on the Joaquin thread a few weeks ago after i'd read an article by Guillem Balague about his attitude.

It reminded me of Andy van der Meyde, I think Balague's choice of words were 'has all the talent in the world' but doesn't have the attitude to match...

I think the best choice for our right side, based on what I've seen over the past year would be Darijo Srna.

He can play anywhere down the right flank, solving many a problem, and can even at a push cover the left.

Unfair to compare him to Shandy imo.
Yes he's inconsistant as most skillful players are, but he could light up Goodison on his day and become a cult hero. At the right price I'd love to see him in a blue shirt. He played for Betis which is the people's club in Seville, so he'd relate to us
