It says in a deal similar to Fernandez? So does that mean he's gonna join, leave then join again! But seriously, whats the point in loaning a player you cant really afford to buy? It's like going shopping for a Ford but test driving Ferraris.
 
Quality player. Similar to Osman in terms of size, attitude and workrate but has alot more quality. He'd probably take his position is between Cahill and a defensive midfielder if he where to join.

Similar to Deco and Paul Scholes in many ways and a great leader. Saying this though I doubt it will happen.
 

I just find it encouraging that we're linked with some big money players and are figthing the sky 4 for em.

Its been a bit like that so far, we're either being linked with players I'm thinking 'bloody hell, can we serioualy get them" or players im thinking 'blody hell, are we seriously thinking of getting them".

Hopefully though it will be somewhere in the middle, lesser known quality players that we're not paying over the odds for.

It's worth buying these kind of players on loan as there's a much better chance of Champions League qualification with a squad of quality players - we need to step up another notch.

And should that happen (and let's be optimistic, we're not that far off 4th spot) more money should be available to purchase out right.

Yep your right, I take it back. If we can get a squad with a couple of great loaners to get us extra cash for the following season then that can only be a good thing.
