When we loaned Jeffers from Arsenal a few seasons back, didn't he play and score the equaliser against them at Goodison? Or at least set up the equaliser...

with howard, based on FA rules we were allowed to play him, because once we purchased him we held his registration, he was no longer under the original loan contract, he was controlled by the new player contract following his purchase.

so i could be mistaken, but if we purchased jo right now (please don't!), then he would be eligible to play against manchester city.

Not overly impressed with Jo to be honest and I definetley would not pay anywhere near 12 million for his services . Its quite clear City where had off for him so we shouldnt become the second team that that happens too . No thanks
