Betraying our Marco, it's the smart move, and Sousa was always the smarter one.

A bit worried about this tbh. We need to build on what we have. It is never good for a team to have to be consistently replacing staff (both playing and non-playing) before they have had a chance to improve and build on the foundations.

If Silva has always worked with this guy, any new appointment is a risk and may upset the apple-cart. No matter what we think of Silva, I think we can all agree that the team spirit and togetherness is much improved. No doubt the the assistant manager plays a key role in that.
