Had the pleasure of knowing Jimmy since i was a boy. More than 40 years now. One of the most genuine, honest, funny, caring and friendly people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Words like Legend get lashed about AOTS now but Jimmy is a PROPER Everton legend. Anybody who has ever had the pleasure and spent even the smallest amount of time in his company will agree and heap yet more praise upon him. To this day one of the best decisions Howard Kendall ever made as our manager giving this fella a job.
