I just think that strikers of all players find it the most difficult in making the step up to prem football. You don't get time to adapt you have to hit the round running and score goals. I'm not saying its impossible but very few strikers who are prolific in the lower leagues can make that jump, thats why i personally think Beckford has done very well this year, he has a lot to prove next season because Moyes can't use the 'he's only learning prem football' tagline. I don't think Moyesey rates him if i'm honest.
 
It would be nice for a change to get an experienced prem striker who can get goals like keane or owen and maybe get a decent championship striker as well. Moyes is apparently going to ask big bad bill for 15 million to freshen up the blues.
