2024/25 Jarrad Branthwaite

I've noticed a lot recently that he's not the strongest aerially. Particularly since he came back from injury. He often will lose headers to much shorter players and when he does win the headers he's not very convincing with them.

Seems like the top clubs are looking at the kid who's starting at Bournemouth now.

He did look the part on Saturday.
I don't think the top top clubs will look at Branthwaite. A spurs/United level club will but City, Madrid etc. Will look to these younger phenom types like the Bournemouth kid or the kid over in France at Lens.

Reminds me of Richarlison in that he's a top player for us who we love but won't be viewed that way further afield.

Very often young players can have a dip in form in their second season after a really strong start.

I am more worried about the clock ticking on hus contract than his form.

Physically looks fine. Concentration and focus shot to pieces. Weird.
Not even sure about that, Peterborough striker ran past him with the ball for fun at the weekend, looks heavy legged... and his decision making is laboured.
Think we were premature with the generational talent nonsense, he's at his level
