Yep, I'd rather he have missed Spurs or City tbf because Burnley is an absolute necessity to win.

Worst thing is, he didn't even touch the player for the yellow card.

100% agree, I would love my club to come out and say, this lad is going nowhere and will he a future Everton & England captain.

I honestly think this guy will end up being the world’s most expensive defender. He oozes class. I actually loved him when we played him all them years ago and he got an injury and then never played again for some odd reason.

Maguire was 80m, so was VVD. This guy is 21, he’s a beast, left footed, calm, it’s just crazy. The way he’s playing I honestly think he could goto Madrid etc. I hope we keep him but if he carries on I have no doubt he will be a 100m defender.

You are obviously right but it's not as if he's never had a good run of form for us before. He strung together a series of good performances for Ancelloti.
