I don't think I've ever wanted a linked player less. Except for Martina.
That and Moussa Sissoko were the two transfers I wanted to fall through more than any ever.
Now a key player in a side that's gonna finish third, but we know Koeman would have had him playing up front, I suppose.
Wouldn't really call him a key player, and that fat meff would have definitely played him on the right wing anyway.

Eddie Howe would pay that, but only if he was at the RS and a regular in their u23 side.
He's been key this season, more down to Poch than Sissoko suddenly turning ace, but he has been really good. He's pretty much the reason they've been able to switch to a diamond in midfield.
He's done a job but I feel that job could quite easily be done, and has been done by many other players just as effectively if he's out. We would've spent £35m expecting him to actually make a difference to our crap side.

Not saying we should have bought him mate, just tbf he has played well this season. Not sure anyone could have done that job or the likes of Wanyama - who's a better footballer - would probably have been in instead.
Anyway, all academic. On topic, let's not sell one of our best players midway through the season.
