Hm, he's 25, we already have Beckford who is about the same age and we only gambled on him because he was on a bosman. He's just earned his first cap for Scotland and just joined QPR in the summer transfer window, I doubt QPR are going to want to let him go so soon, especially as he's scored 8 in 12 appearances. Do we really need to gamble on another striker? I don't think we do, it's probably rubbish.

Don't they have billionaire owners? It's not like they're in a financially needy position, so I don't see why they'd want to sell if he's doing well for them. Unless he wanted to leave, and premier league football could turn his head.

I've not seen much of him anyway. And I'd hope we'd be aiming higher if we're looking for more strikers.

Yeah, think Mittel, Bernie Ecclestone and Flavio Briatori own the club. Think QPR will be in the prem next season, they could make things interesting then.

Interesting? Another billionaire's fantasy football team? That would just piss me off... could make our job even harder.

I have a hunch they're murinho's next conquest! I don't know how free spending they are, thay have had it a couple of years but not really done the Notts County thing of spend to promotion. I like the manager Neil Warnock, I'm thankfull he's not ours because I don't think he is technically gifted enough but he is slightly mental and like Holloway has a really bad insuperiority complex.

Brilliant....

Ive heard nothing , but if we sign a striker itll be one - maybe 2 including Vaughany , in and one out .

Thus , Saha would be most likely , though not certain at present .

Careful what you wish for .

Benzema or no one. It seems the prem has moved on from the flat track bully striker, Defoe being the only top end striker whose game is all about pace and is still successful. And our game isn't set up for the quick break catch the opposition out of position anyway. That is why Becks aint getting a run.
