Just came on for England U20s in the 30th minute vs Argentina. England just had a goal called back for offsides.
 

whats the score with this lad, i remember he looked lively when he came on against the team we beat with 10-men with the pienaar winner when hibbo got sent off (cant think of their name)

also when he was out on loan last season they said he was head and shoulders above everyone

just i thought he would have got more minutes by now if he was good, but he is always in and around the matchday 16

He was made captain at the end of his loan period at Stockport. I think he was out for a while with injury (seems to be a theme with our young players). Looks a decent player, full of energy, enjoys a tackle and Moyes has given him a year contract to prove himself I suppose.
 

He played well I thought. Real neat and tidy with a few moments of individual brilliance that put england in good scoring positions but in the end lacked the end product. Ran past two players at one point and instead of taking on the shot passed it off which turned in to a turn over.
