Player Valuation: Free Transfer
Lol it just gets better and better for the lad!

he went to see that Mr steadman to get surgery on his knee and when he got there the doctor had a broken arm so he couldnt opperate on him! Bloody typical! And now he's prob on his way back from Colorado, god no's when he is going to be back now :/

I say we start a campaign against Ledley King.

He's out for longer then Eduardo.

And get our manager to claim that King shouldn't be playing football anymore.

We're [Poor language removed]. 3 players out for the season basically and Saha, who is superb btw, is injury prone.

Moyes Already Looking – News Archive – News – evertonfc.com - The Official Website of Everton Football Club

Heady days at Everton FC, the Moyesiah reckons we might go mad in the January transfer window and splurge on 'more than one loan signing/free transfer'.

I'm [Poor language removed] giddy here.

I really can't believe how much bad luck he's had. If it was me I'd be questioning if I really just wasn't meant to play football. I just hope he's stronger than me & has got the right people around him to keep his head up. I still think he'll be a regular at the top level if he can get a few years injury free under his belt though

If we bring in another Striker of decent quality and he can get fit for a month or two of the season, id hae him out on loan for a couple of months give hom some game expierence.

The thing with a loan is the other club probably wont wrap him in cotton wool as much as we will. We can really look after his long term interests, if he's on loan at another club they'll be trying to get him on the pitch as much as possible for the short time he's there.

If we were able to get the numbers to allow us to loan him out we'd have to make sure he was well looked after, no matter what it meant for the club who took him. A team like Preston would probably be the best bet with Irvine's links to us, I reckon he'd be strong enough to leave him out if he felt he wasn't fit but was needed by Preston

Agreed mate, thats always a risk, hes dangerously close to missing his entire footballing education though expierence and developing consistencey is a large part of that.

Preston would be the desired option. At this stage its probably getting to the point of:

Risk V Unfullfilling of Potential (I am a massive fan of his)!
