I’m glad he did it and got away with it. The reason he didnt get a red was that the little shitehawk he bumped went down holding his face like Tarkowski has snotted him. I find his behaviour far more abhorrent and worthy of a red than Tarkowski’s. He did what most of the Forest team did throughout the game, rolling around for minutes every time they were challenged.

Yeah I much prefer how Jack and KDH get lumps kicked out of them, go down, look pissed off, get up and tell the ref to watch him/give a count of how many times he’s done it - none of this holding face rolling around clown show.

Did you watch that YouTube video? Full of reckless over the top tackles. I remember when he did one on Richie playing for Burnley. Everyone on here wanted him hung drawn and quartered. Raging hypocrites the lot of you. You hate and despise VVD for doing exactly what you all praise Tawks for. Although he’s far less reckless.

Hypocrites? Of course we are hypocrites, we are fans Kev! All fans are biased and hypocritical to some degree or another, every single one. Does he go in heavy more than he should, yes he does! Do I prefer it that he dies it for us rather than against us, absolutely! I like Tarkowski for the exact same reason I like PsychoPat, he was a thug at times, but he was doing it to protect our players or to wind up our opponents, I personally do not find that as abhorrent as you seem to mate?

And for balance Kev, yes I would be incandescent if he did it against us, but like I say, I am a fan, bias is part of the package for the vast majority of us.

Let's be fair on this one, didn't their forward start this with Tarkowski ? Tarky gave him some back and he fell down like he'd been shot. I know which player of the two I want on my team.

I get that Kev and I agree, particularly with how down to the bare bones we are defensively. I feel exactly the same way about Pickford's recent habit of arguing with the linesmen.

I've not seen anything other than the angle from behind at a bit of a distance and my first thought was that's utterly dumb, as it looked 100% intentional and fairly aggressive

I didn't fully understand why he's not gotten a red for that tbh. Is it a grey area because it's his shoulder and they've considered it like normal jostling for position or to stand your ground? That's to say, if he had punched him between the shoulder blades he'd have been off but because he's done it with his shoulder he got away with it?

With VAR I don't think it's the smartest thing to do, whether it's to let your opponent know you are there or revenge for some other incident
