2025/26 James Tarkowski

I have watched it again and using the phrase "powerful blow" is a massive stretch lol. It's a very basic shoulder barge and definitely wasn't anything resembling a "powerful blow"

It was unnecessary sure, but a red card for that would be insane. Their player is a mupper for holding his face though 😂
The ball isn't in play.

Think the point is another ref might have,it was a stupid thing to do, totally unnecessary and on another day could cost us points. Hope Moyes has a word with him.
Another ref didn’t, as it was reviewed by VAR.

I’m not saying it doesn’t exist, but I’d love to see another situation like that which resulted in a red card. No hands up, no contact with the neck or head area.

Are you not capable of looking at things objectively? If someone did that to one of our players I would want him sent off, if I was a neutral I would want him sent off, as an Everton fan I am happy he stayed on but I am also angry that he does dumb things that risk hurting the team. The fact the ball wasn't in play means it's not part of the game.
I disagree with you so I’m not capable of looking at things objectively? Someone has a high opinion of themselves.

I've a feeling of the ball is nowhere near and you knee an opponent up the arse that might get a red. It's what a referee considers violent conduct, they all have their own ideas. Like I said there was no need for him to do it.

Handbags and paces. Most it would have been was a yellow and the ref handled it better by just having words which is exactly what should have happened with Gana and Keane. The absolute state of Ndoye holding his face when it was a barge on his back and the absolute state of Dyche cry arsing about it just because we beat them 3 nil. We beat manure with 10 men for 80 minutes. Any Dyche managed team that goes behind a goal gets beaten because he is completely one dimensional. There is no other plan. Happened to us enough times when he was in charge. So glad he isn't any more.

Well done Tarky. Love a bit of passion and aggression in our team. 💙

PGMOL office when they receive Forests complaint. They are used to them because they do it every time they get beaten.

😂 You just told me you "felt" like I wanted him sent off. Why in the world would I want an Everton player sent off. Control your emotions man. They are clouding your judgement and your ability to argue.

Here you are. Van Persie got sent off for less and could argue the ball was actually in play. A West Brom player at 1.24 gets red for just kicking the ball at someone after the whistle. Also far less violent than Tawks. So enough of this nonsense that it could never be a red.

Nobody said that it's couldn't be a red, the quality of refereeing in this country is appalling.

What I'm saying is that there's nothing wrong with it. The Notts Forest player initiated the first contact and then went down holding his face like he got smacked by MIke Tyson. Football is a physical game that demands physical presence. We've spent years lamenting our players for being too nice and cowardly, and for all of his faults Tarks isn't the sort of player to not stand up for himself.
