We are talking about a player here who hasn't been for or performed to the expected level required for over 3 years. That's Kevin Mirallas territory
Still only 27. If he can get fit he becomes more sellable. He's been either injured or awful in his last 2 and a half seasons. But, if he plays a few games (or parts of games) we might be able to sell him before 31st Jan. Some saying £5m would be acceptable. Think he could go for more than that. Just checked to see how long left on his contract. He's contracted until 2020. Should get more than £5m if there's a club interested.

The thing is he barely stay fit for 2 years. And he had been poor for 2 seasons before that.
Pathatic selection yesterday when the manager left out Beni, Vlasic, Lookman and even Klaassen while giving him a chance and he repaid that with that super crap pass to give them a goal. He should never get near the team on Monday. It was like a practicing match for him he was jogging around.

Get a grip mate. You "hate" McCarthy? What are you 9 and in the dinner queue at school? Everyone can have different opinions but it's pretty tragic to use such an adjective for one of our own players.
For my part I think he has the inate class that many of our players do not possess. He needs to stay fit and get game time. In my opinion, on his day, he is an absolutely top class midfielder.
