Agree with this . Strangely enough though he's a player I have never warmed to. Perhaps it's the fact he offers next to nothing going forward. Gana is a far superior player. Regardless, I think his injury problems will prove insurmountable and his career is effectively over at this point.

He has a better goal scoring record than Gueye. Both should score more though, for sure.

Yep. One of my biggest gripes with the modern game is this defensive /attacking midfielder nonsense. By definition a truly accomplished midfielder should be able to perform both duties to a good standard . Grrrrrr.

Aye and was it the Arsenal game he looked good too? But it was against someone like Watford and it didn't work out at all. Not saying he is comparable but Milan played Gattuso ahead of Pirlo to allow him the space.
